The visual motif and metaphor chosen for this report was Woven Together, highlighting that as a profession, Early Childhood Education is stronger with the active engagement of ECE educators living in both rural and urban settings including isolated and distinct communities. Each of us is like a thread… we have particular strengths unique qualities and experiences but when we join with others, we create something of exponentially greater value and meaning.
